Having experienced careers, motherhood and life in the ‘juggling it all’ lane we really felt there wasn’t enough support for mums during their maternity leave or their transition back to work whilst recognising the importance of using this special time to bond with your baby and meet fellow mums.
The aim of The Upskill Drill is to help merge and mould the future of your family and work life successfully. We want to join you on your maternity journey and help build that all important mum network and surround you with people that can help your through parenthood whatever your challenge may be.
Hello I’m Katie,
Co-founder of The Upskill Drill, Mother of Alys born in January 2022 and an Accounting Professional with over a decade of experience with some of the UK’s most recognisable companies. I have a passion for using personal development to support and accelerate your career and I am keen to encourage others to do the same.
As a result of observing the limited options for mums to stay connected to their careers throughout their maternity leave, and the lack of support to help mums navigate the hard period of readjustment that follows the return, The Upskill Drill idea was born.
I have created a programme that will target these areas all whilst building a network of mums that can further support you in both your work and personal life.
